Ms. Akesseh is currently on a two-year contract as a Research Assistant 1 in connection with the Lancaster University RECIRCULATE WP2: Water for Sanitation and Health project.
She is a Public Health Expert with experience in community health and safety. She holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Birmingham, England after pursuing a BSc in Biology at Missouri Valley College in the United States of America.
Ms Akesseh has extensive knowledge in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), environmental management, public and occupational safety, environmental audit, e-waste management and its health effects and health impact assessments (HIA).
