Founder’s Message
Welcome to Green Advocacy Ghana (GreenAd), where our unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability continues to drive impactful change.
The vision for GreenAd was born out of a deep concern for environmental degradation and the urgent need to engage and educate communities, particularly young people, about responsible environmental stewardship. Recognizing the challenges ahead, we established GreenAd as a platform to drive sustainable waste management, pollution control, and climate action. To support our advocacy efforts, we also created the Centre for Environment and Health Research and Training (CEHRT), a consulting firm that provides the technical expertise needed to sustain our mission and impact.
Over the years, GreenAd has pioneered transformative initiatives such as the City Mining Centre (CMC), which is revolutionizing informal e-waste recycling practices by promoting safer and more sustainable material recovery. Through our research, advocacy, and partnerships with key stakeholders, we continue to shape policies, raise awareness, and empower communities to adopt sustainable environmental practices.
Our success would not be possible without the dedication of our team, the support of our partners, and the commitment of the communities we serve. As we look ahead, GreenAd remains steadfast in its mission to drive environmental change, promote sustainability, and build a healthier future for generations to come.
