Dr. Clarke is a Public Health Physician, Planner & Environmental Health Assessment Specialist and the Deputy Director of GreenAd. She had her University Education at the University of Ghana medical School where she obtained her MBCh B. She has specialized training in Occupational Health from the University of Birmingham, UK and the National Institute for Working Life, Sweden. She has also undertaken several courses in health systems research, management of health systems, environmental assessments, training etc. both within and outside Ghana.
Dr. Clarke has worked extensively in the area of occupational and Environmental Health. She has worked as a part time lecturer in Occupational Health, School of Public Health at the University of Ghana since 1992. She is currently the head of Occupational & Health Unit, GHS/Ministry of Health.
