A new chapter for climate action and communication has officially begun. On Thursday, February 12, 2026, GreenAd and Climate Watch Africa formalised a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at GreenAd’s office in Sakumono. The brief but significant ceremony marked the beginning of a collaboration grounded in shared values and a common vision for environmental sustainability across Ghana and the African continent.

Beyond a Formal Agreement

While the MoU represents a formal framework for cooperation, the moment symbolised much more. It reflects a shared commitment to advancing climate action, strengthening environmental governance, and empowering communities with credible information and practical, locally relevant solutions.

At GreenAd, we believe that meaningful and lasting climate progress requires collaboration, innovation, and integrity. These principles guide our work and shape our partnerships. We are proud to align with Climate Watch Africa, an organisation that demonstrates the same dedication to evidence-based advocacy and responsible climate communication.

Driving Measurable Impact Together

Through this partnership, both organisations will combine their strengths in:

  • Environmental education
  • Circular economy advocacy
  • Youth engagement and leadership
  • Evidence-based climate communication

By leveraging our collective expertise and networks, we aim to drive measurable impact, from raising awareness and influencing policy to supporting community-level action and behavioural change.

Looking Ahead

As climate challenges grow increasingly complex, partnerships like this are essential. Together, GreenAd and Climate Watch Africa are committed to contributing meaningfully to a more resilient, informed, and climate-conscious Africa.

We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to translating this shared vision into tangible results for communities across Ghana and beyond.
